"Broken Wings" is a photo essay documenting raptors that cannot be released to the wild due to wing injuries, eyesight loss, or habituation to humans. The majority of these injuries were caused by human interaction. It is my intention to tell the story of each individual bird. By highlighting an individual bird I hope to call attention to the problems that all raptors face. "Broken Wings" is currently on a San Francisco Bay Area tour with stops at Lindsay Wildlife Museum, Coyote Point Museum, and the San Francisco Zoo. CONTACT - HOME
